Ditchdiggers would like to congratulate Doug Brooks on the recent acquisition of his Certified State of Florida Underground Utility License. Doug Brooks will become an alternate qualifier for Ditchdiggers adding depth to our already existing license holdings. Good Job Doug !!!!!
