Residential Site Development

Ditchdiggers has vast experience in the coordination and construction of residential developments of all sizes.  Along with our utility crews capable of installing the backbone utility infrastructure, our excavation and road crews can handle the excavation of the retention lakes and the embankment of the excavated soils.  Through local arrangments with trucking companies, off-site fill requirements can be handled as part of the site preparation phase.  After the utility infrastructure has been installed and certified, our in house grading crews can begin shaping the residential lots in preparation for the home building crews to begin.  Once complete, our road constrcution crews can coordinate the construction of both the interior and spine roads for the development.  This process can be finished as the last construction crews leave with completion of the curb, gutter and sidewalk as well as a final layer of finished asphalt.
